Universal Brotherhood Day came into existence through a powerful speech delivered by Swami Vivekananda in 1983 before the Parliament of Religions in Chicago, Illinois.

Universal Brotherhood Day reminds us that no matter our nationality, race, or religion, we are all part of the same brotherhood: humanity.
